To follow the different stages in the preparation of your order, simply log on to your "My account" space with your e-mail address and password.
Then click on "My orders" to access your order tracking.

All orders placed before 2:00 PM is shipped the same day.

All orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next day.

There are no shipments on weekends and holidays. Therefore, orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM are shipped on Monday morning.

When your parcel is ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number associated to your order, so that you can track its progress.This number is activated by the carrier's first scan of your package. During the time between the emission of this code and the actual pick-up of your parcel, it is normal that this code is not yet active (especially if your package is prepared very late in the day or at the end of the week, for example).

Your tracking number becomes active within 24 business hours of being issued and allows you to track your order through the link to our partner's website provided in the email you received.
