Shipping of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking delivered with or without signature (according to your choice at checkout). Delivery by colissimo takes an average of 48 hours (after shipment). Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.
Delivery to Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Guyana
At a relay point OR at home:

**In Morne-à-l'eau and Petit-canal (Guadeloupe). For other relay points, please allow 48 to 72 hours.

All orders placed before 2:00 PM is shipped the same day.
All orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next day.
There are no shipments on weekends and holidays. Therefore, orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM are shipped on Monday morning.
1- At relay points (Only in Guadeloupe)
For €3, you can pick up your package at one of our relay points. Delivery takes 1-2 days.
Delivery is free for orders over €35.

At the POINTE NOIRE aquaculture park, Route des Plaines, 800 m from côte sous le vent / 97116 Pointe-Noire at the following times :
- On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Home delivery is provided by Colissimo Domicile from the french post office. It is invoiced according to weight.You have the option to choose delivery with or without a signature.The delivery time is 48 hours for Guadeloupe and 3 to 5 days for other destinations, depending on postal delivery times.
